About us
The municipal Jobcenter Kreis Groß-Gerau (AöR) with its diverse range of tasks offers various fields of work in the public sector.
With around 370 employees, we currently support around 20,000 people in the district of Groß-Gerau in achieving financial security and help people who are able to work to recognise their own potential and find a suitable job. It is important to us to provide our customers with local, customer-orientated and competent advice. To fulfil this task, our employees work at five different locations in the district of Groß-Gerau.

Apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) specialising in system integration
This is a state-recognised vocational training course in the technical field. The Jobcenter's decentralised structure and the associated high demands on network structures, stable servers and the implementation of new and maintenance of existing software and systems require trained specialists. During the three-year dual training programme, the trainees will work in the company, where they will get to know and carry out practical work, as well as attend weekly vocational school lessons, where they will learn the necessary theory. This practical combination provides an ideal basis for familiarising yourself with the tasks of a system administrator and taking on the challenges.
