The Commissioner for Equal Opportunities in the Labour Market (BCA) is responsible for all issues relating to equal opportunities in the labour market and the compatibility of work and family life.
She informs, advises and supports
- Jobseekers who have special family responsibilities
- Employers and their organisations.
It works with
- institutions and in networks that deal with the reconciliation of work and family life.
