The district of Groß-Gerau is an authorised municipal provider in accordance with Section 6a SGB II. The district has transferred the performance of tasks in accordance with SGB II to the Groß-Gerau District Municipal Jobcenter. As an institution under public law, the Groß-Gerau District Municipal Jobcenter therefore bears sole responsibility for granting benefits in accordance with SGB II.
