Please always start by talking to your benefits officer or integration specialist, as they are best placed to deal with your individual case. If a solution is still not possible, Customer Response Management will be happy to support you.

We will coordinate a meeting with the responsible team leader or, if necessary, initiate a complaints procedure following an assessment.

Please describe the facts of the case to us as precisely as possible:

  • What is it about?
  • What happened?
  • When did it happen?
  • Who did you speak to?

Please provide your current contact details and your file number. You will find this on your visitor card. This will help us to check and process your enquiry quickly.
